Online Ordering Policy

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Items ordered that are available at our retail location will ship within 24 to 48 hours via Canada Post to your specified location.
  • Items ordered that are not available in our retail location, will be ordered and delivery can take approximately 4-6 weeks depending on availability.
  • If there is a delay with any products ordered we will contact you to discuss options.
  • Multiple shipment fees may be incurred if customers choose to have their orders shipped in batches.
  • In Store Pickup is available – please indicate at checkout).  If you select “pick up in store” at check out, you’ll receive an email indicating your order is ready for pick up.
  • Unimor Healthwear attempts to ensure sufficient quantities of our products online are in stock
  • Despite our efforts, Unimor Healthwear cannot guarantee the availability of these products because of potential errors, backorders, and/or discontinued items.
  • If there is an error in pricing or product availability, a correction in our system will be made.
  • Unimor Healthwear will not be held liable for any damages from stock shortages or delivery delays.
  • in the event of a pricing error online, retail store pricing will apply.
